1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of digital products, including online courses and programs, offered by:

By purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

The provider offers digital products and services, including:

  • online courses and programs
  • video and audio content (including breathwork sessions)
  • live sessions (e.g. via Zoom)
  • community access (if included)

All content is provided for educational and personal development purposes.

3. Nature of the ContentĀ 

All content is intended for educational, entertainment and personal development purposes only.

The services provided do not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, or coaching services.

The provider is:

  • not a medical doctor
  • not a psychotherapist
  • not a licensed life and social counselor (Lebens- und Sozialberater)

The provider holds a PhD in Computer Science and is a certified breathwork facilitator.

Participation is at your own responsibility.

4. Health Responsibility

By participating in any program, especially breathwork sessions, you confirm that:

  • you are in sufficient physical and mental condition
  • you take full responsibility for your participation
  • you will consult a medical professional if you have any health concerns

The provider assumes no liability for any physical or psychological effects resulting from participation.

5. Contract Conclusion

A contract is concluded when:

  • you complete the checkout process, and
  • payment is successfully processed

You will receive access to the purchased content after payment (or first installment, if applicable).

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in EUR.

Payment options may include:

  • full payment
  • installment plans

If an installment payment is selected:

  • you are obligated to pay the full agreed amount
  • missed payments may result in suspension of access

7. Access Duration

Access to the purchased content is granted for a limited period, as specified at the time of purchase.

After this period:

  • access may expire automatically
  • no obligation exists to restore access

8. No Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)

By purchasing digital content, you expressly agree that:

  • access to the content begins immediately after purchase
  • you waive your right of withdrawal (right of cancellation)

This is in accordance with EU consumer law for digital products.

9. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

No refunds are provided under any circumstances, including:

  • non-use of the product
  • partial participation
  • change of mind

Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of the provider in exceptional cases.

10. Community & Confidentiality

If a community space or live sessions are part of the service:

  • participants agree to treat all shared information as strictly confidential
  • sharing or distributing content from other participants is prohibited

The provider is not liable for breaches of confidentiality by other participants.

11. No Guarantee of Results

The provider does not guarantee any specific results from participation in the programs.

Individual outcomes depend on many factors, including but not limited to:

  • personal commitment
  • level of participation
  • individual circumstances

All examples, testimonials, or statements shared on the website or within the programs are illustrative only and do not constitute a guarantee of results.

12. Intellectual Property

All content provided (videos, audio, texts, materials) is protected by copyright.

You may:

  • use the content for personal use only

You may not:

  • reproduce, distribute, or share content
  • make content publicly available
  • use content commercially

13. Platform Availability

The provider strives to ensure continuous access but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

  • technical maintenance
  • platform issues

14. Limitation of Liability

The provider is only liable for damages caused by:

  • intent or gross negligence

No liability is assumed for:

  • indirect damages
  • loss of profits
  • personal outcomes resulting from participation

Participation is at your own risk.

15. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Austria.

16. Jurisdiction

The competent court is the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the company.
